目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗胆囊炎合并胆总管结石的临床治疗方法和效果。方法选取本院2009年12月至2012年12月收治的35例胆囊炎合并胆总管结石患者设为观察组，给予腹腔镜治疗，选取同期35例进行常规手术治疗的胆囊炎合并胆总管结石患者设为对照组，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组手术成功率100%，残余结石率0%，并发症发生率0%；对照组手术成功率100%，残余结石率17.14%，并发症发生率20%。结论腹腔镜治疗胆囊炎合并胆总管结石具有确切的临床疗效，明显的减少了患者的恢复时间和术后并发症的发生。
목적：탐토복강경치료담낭염합병담총관결석적림상치료방법화효과。방법선취본원2009년12월지2012년12월수치적35례담낭염합병담총관결석환자설위관찰조，급여복강경치료，선취동기35례진행상규수술치료적담낭염합병담총관결석환자설위대조조，대환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과관찰조수술성공솔100%，잔여결석솔0%，병발증발생솔0%；대조조수술성공솔100%，잔여결석솔17.14%，병발증발생솔20%。결론복강경치료담낭염합병담총관결석구유학절적림상료효，명현적감소료환자적회복시간화술후병발증적발생。
?Objective?To investigate the laparoscopic treatment of cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis clinical treatment methods and effects. Method To select this hospital from 2009 December to 2012 December treated 35 cases of cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis patients as observation group, giving the laparoscopic treatment of 35 cases, chosen at routine operation for treatment of cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis patients as control group, the patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The observation group operation success rate of 100%, residual stone rate was 0%, the rate of complications was 0%;the control group operation success rate of 100%, residual stone rate of 17.14%,the incidence of complications was 20%. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis has exact curative effect, reduce patient recovery time and postoperative complications,worthy of clinical use.
