以罗布泊“大耳朵”地区从湖心至湖岸7个典型剖面为研究对象,采用石墨炉(GF-990)原子吸收分光光度法测定了119个沉积物样品中 Cd 元素的含量,并对其进行系统分析.结果显示,各剖面沉积物样品中 Cd 含量在盐壳层较高,往下各层 Cd 含量相对盐壳层含量较小且分布较均匀,其中 L07-10盐壳层 Cd 含量达到10.38 mg/kg,远超过了环境系统所能承载的能力,存在一定的生态风险性;水平方向 Cd 含量变化为湖中>湖心>湖岸.

The aim of this research was to reveal seven typical profiles from the center of the lake to shore of the lake of “Big Ear”region of Lop Nor,the Cd content among 1 1 9 sediment samples were measured and systematically analyzed by using graphite oven GF-990 atomic absorption spectromery.The results showed that the Cd contend of following different layers in salt crusted layer was distributed relatively less and more equally,of which Cd content of L07-10 salt crusted layer was 10.38 mg/kg,which was far more over the bearing capacity of the environment,so some ecological risks existed.In horizontal direction,the chan-ges of Cd content were as following:the middle of the lake>the center of the lake>the shore of the lake.
