为探寻扶桑绵粉蚧(Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley)对高温干旱的适应性,在37,39,41,43,45℃,相对湿度20%,30%,50%,70%,90%的条件下对扶桑绵粉蚧雌成虫进行了处理试验,并对扶桑绵粉蚧存活率及发育情况进行了统计.结果表明,扶桑绵粉蚧存活率随温度升高而降低,37~43℃条件下,扶桑绵粉蚧存活率与处理时间长短无关,在45℃条件下,处理时间越长扶桑绵粉蚧存活率越低;不同空气相对湿度条件下扶桑绵粉蚧存活率差异不显著(P >0.05),但空气相对湿度对扶桑绵粉蚧发育历期存在明显影响,即相对湿度高发育历期短,相对湿度低发育历期长;根据试验结果来看,扶桑绵粉蚧在新疆高温、干旱的环境条件下是可以存活的,并可以在野外完成各虫态的正常生长发育,顺利越夏.
為探尋扶桑綿粉蚧(Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley)對高溫榦旱的適應性,在37,39,41,43,45℃,相對濕度20%,30%,50%,70%,90%的條件下對扶桑綿粉蚧雌成蟲進行瞭處理試驗,併對扶桑綿粉蚧存活率及髮育情況進行瞭統計.結果錶明,扶桑綿粉蚧存活率隨溫度升高而降低,37~43℃條件下,扶桑綿粉蚧存活率與處理時間長短無關,在45℃條件下,處理時間越長扶桑綿粉蚧存活率越低;不同空氣相對濕度條件下扶桑綿粉蚧存活率差異不顯著(P >0.05),但空氣相對濕度對扶桑綿粉蚧髮育歷期存在明顯影響,即相對濕度高髮育歷期短,相對濕度低髮育歷期長;根據試驗結果來看,扶桑綿粉蚧在新疆高溫、榦旱的環境條件下是可以存活的,併可以在野外完成各蟲態的正常生長髮育,順利越夏.
위탐심부상면분개(Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley)대고온간한적괄응성,재37,39,41,43,45℃,상대습도20%,30%,50%,70%,90%적조건하대부상면분개자성충진행료처리시험,병대부상면분개존활솔급발육정황진행료통계.결과표명,부상면분개존활솔수온도승고이강저,37~43℃조건하,부상면분개존활솔여처리시간장단무관,재45℃조건하,처리시간월장부상면분개존활솔월저;불동공기상대습도조건하부상면분개존활솔차이불현저(P >0.05),단공기상대습도대부상면분개발육력기존재명현영향,즉상대습도고발육력기단,상대습도저발육력기장;근거시험결과래간,부상면분개재신강고온、간한적배경조건하시가이존활적,병가이재야외완성각충태적정상생장발육,순리월하.
In order to explore the adaptability of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley in fields in Xinjiang,sur-vival rates and developmental conditions of its female adult were observed in this paper at different high temperatures (37 ℃,39 ℃,41 ℃,43 ℃ and 45 ℃)and different relative humidities levels (20%,30%, 50%,70% and 90%).The results showed that survival rate of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley decreased with temperature increase;Under the conditions of high temperature 37 -43 ℃,the survival rate of Phe-nacoccus solenopsis Tinsley had nothing to do with long or short processing time.Under the conditions of 45 ℃,the longer the processing time was,the shorter the survival rate of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley was.Ambient humidity had no influence on its survival rate but a great influence on its developmental peri-od-the higher the humidity was,the shorter the developmental period became.According to the outdoor test results,Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley in Xinjiang can survive with the high temperature and arid environ-ment and complete its life cycle in fields in summer.
