分析高校工会工作的现状:制度配套不到位;工会队伍建设有待加强;参与民主管理与监督的氛围不浓。对此,提出创新高校工会工作的思路:创新维权机制,助推高校民主政治建设上水平、上台阶;创新“组织职工、教育职工”的机制,进一步激发教职工办学的主动性、积极性和创造性;创新工会队伍建设机制,不断提高工会的号召力、凝聚力和战斗力。

This paper first analyzes the work status of the labor union in universities: the institutional framework being not in place;the building of union team being expected to be strengthened; the atmosphere of participation in democratic management and supervision being not strong. Therefore, then it puts forword some innovative thinking: to innovate the rights protection mechanisms and help advance the democracy building in university;to innovate the “organizing faculty, educating faculty”mechanisms and stimulate their initiative, en-thusiasm and creativity in work; to innovate team building mechanisms and heighten the union ’s appeal, cohesion and combat capabili-ties.
