近30年来，外来工为推进经济发展和城市化的进程做出了不可磨灭的巨大贡献。为了解决外来工在城市生活的生存和发展问题，我国制定了一系列的相关政策。然而，现行的外来工政策具有一定的局限性，近年来的外来工问题也十分突出。要针对这些问题采取进一步的政策措施。

China has been in a rapid social transformation period in economy for more than 30 years. Mi-grant workers have made a great contribution to economic development and urbanization. In order to solve the survival and developmental problems of migrant workers’life in the city, policy makers in China have set up a series of related policies. However, there are some limitations in the current policies. This paper conducts a comprehensive review and analysis of the last 30 years’ policies of China's migrant workers and then propos-es suggestions.
