针对目前生产中糜子丝黑穗病对糜子产量和品质的影响，试验在2011年已研究运用过拌种双、多菌灵、咪鲜胺、三唑酮等4种拌种药剂，2012年在原来的4种药剂基础上再增加烯唑醇、甲基硫菌灵、代森锰锌、百菌清4种拌种药剂，试图运用药剂拌种的方法来减轻糜子丝黑穗病的发生，通过试验分析找出一种更加适宜的拌种药剂。
