采用气流上升式密集烤房,研究了密集烘烤关键温度点不同稳温时间和湿度对烟叶外观质量、物理性状、化学成分和经济效℃的影响,并对不同处理能耗进行比较。试验结果表明,38℃(36±0.5℃)时稳温18 h;42℃(37±0.5℃)时稳温16 h;45或47℃(38±0.5℃)稳温12 h;54℃(39±0.5℃)稳温12 h,有利于降低烘烤能耗,提高烟叶品质。

The effects of various combinations of stable time at key temperatures and humidity on the appearance, chemi-cal components and economic values of tobacco leaves during bulk curing were studied, and different processing baking en-ergy consumption were compared. The test results show that the combination of keeping temperature at 38℃ ( wet bulb temperature of 36 ± 0.5℃) for 18 hours,at 42℃( wet bulb temperature of 37 ± 0.5℃) for 16 hours,at 45℃ or 47℃( wet bulb temperature of 38 ± 0.5℃) for 12 hours,at 54℃ ( wet bulb temperature of 39 ± 0.5℃) for 12 hours was beneficial to reduce curing energy, improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
