目的 验证蟾酥注射液的抗癌活性.方法 将T24细胞、BIU-87细胞分别接种于RPMI1640培养液中37℃孵育,并在多个时间点取细胞悬液加入AO/EB染料染色,在荧光显微镜下观察.结果 在0、3、6、12、24和48 h时,T24细胞的凋亡率分别为3.0%、12.5%、59.5%、66.5%、70.0%和63.5%,BIU-87细胞的凋亡率分别为2.0%、13.5%、55.5%、62.5%、68.5%和64.0%.结论 蟾酥注射液可显著诱导T24细胞、BIU-87细胞凋亡,在体外具有抗癌活性.
目的 驗證蟾酥註射液的抗癌活性.方法 將T24細胞、BIU-87細胞分彆接種于RPMI1640培養液中37℃孵育,併在多箇時間點取細胞懸液加入AO/EB染料染色,在熒光顯微鏡下觀察.結果 在0、3、6、12、24和48 h時,T24細胞的凋亡率分彆為3.0%、12.5%、59.5%、66.5%、70.0%和63.5%,BIU-87細胞的凋亡率分彆為2.0%、13.5%、55.5%、62.5%、68.5%和64.0%.結論 蟾酥註射液可顯著誘導T24細胞、BIU-87細胞凋亡,在體外具有抗癌活性.
목적 험증섬소주사액적항암활성.방법 장T24세포、BIU-87세포분별접충우RPMI1640배양액중37℃부육,병재다개시간점취세포현액가입AO/EB염료염색,재형광현미경하관찰.결과 재0、3、6、12、24화48 h시,T24세포적조망솔분별위3.0%、12.5%、59.5%、66.5%、70.0%화63.5%,BIU-87세포적조망솔분별위2.0%、13.5%、55.5%、62.5%、68.5%화64.0%.결론 섬소주사액가현저유도T24세포、BIU-87세포조망,재체외구유항암활성.
Objective To determine the anticancer activity of venenum bufonis injection.Methods T24 and BIU-87 cells were seeded in RPMI 1640 culture medium and incubated at 37 ℃.Cell suspension was taken at multiple time points and stained by AO/EB dye and then was observed under fluorescence microscope.Results At hour 0,3,6,12,24,and 48,the apoptosis rates of T24 cells were 3.0%,12.5%,59.5%,66.5%,70.0%,and 63.5% respectively; and the apoptosis rates of BIU-87 cells were 2.0%,13.5%,55.5%,62.5%,68.5%,and 64.0%,respectively.Conclusions The apoptosis of T24 and BIU-87 cells can be obviously induced by venenum bufonis injection.Venenum bufonis injection has anticancer activity in vitro.
