目的探讨早发冠心病患者吸烟与冠状动脉病变的关系及其意义。方法选取经冠状动脉造影确诊的PCAD患者270例,其中男性158例、女性112例,采集患者吸烟史(吸烟年数、每日吸烟支数)、血脂水平(HDL- C、LDL- C、TG、TC),记录患者冠状动脉造影结果,同时进行相关性分析。结果吸烟指数与冠状动脉慢血流之间存在正相关(r=0.156,P<0.05);HDL- C与吸烟指数及Gensini积分均呈负相关(r=-0.136、-0.156,均P<0.01);吸烟指数与Gensini积分之间无线性相关关系(r=0.084,P>0.05)。结论早发冠心病患者吸烟与HDL- C水平下降和冠状动脉慢血流现象相关。

목적탐토조발관심병환자흡연여관상동맥병변적관계급기의의。방법선취경관상동맥조영학진적PCAD환자270례,기중남성158례、녀성112례,채집환자흡연사(흡연년수、매일흡연지수)、혈지수평(HDL- C、LDL- C、TG、TC),기록환자관상동맥조영결과,동시진행상관성분석。결과흡연지수여관상동맥만혈류지간존재정상관(r=0.156,P<0.05);HDL- C여흡연지수급Gensini적분균정부상관(r=-0.136、-0.156,균P<0.01);흡연지수여Gensini적분지간무선성상관관계(r=0.084,P>0.05)。결론조발관심병환자흡연여HDL- C수평하강화관상동맥만혈류현상상관。
Objective To assess association between smoking and coronary artery lesion in patients with premature coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods 270 patients (158 male, age<55y and 112 female, age<65y)with premature CAD determined by coronary angiography were enrol ed. Smoking amount, blood lipids and coronary artery angiograph-ic results were analyzed. Results There was a positive correlation between smoking index and coronary slow- flow phenomenon (r=0.156, P<0.05). HDL- C was negatively correlated with smoking index (r=- 0.136) and Gensini score (r=- 0.156)(al P<0.05) . There was no correlation between smoking index and Gensini score (r=0.084, P>0.05).
