By means of creating the harmonious labor relations in enterprises as the starting point ,Shengnan community management center of Shengli Oil Field establishes a harmonious labor relation of "people-oriented ,taking interests into ac-count ,seeking common development ,sharing results",which is carried out for promoting healthy development of enterprises in a socialized system engineering ,builds four creation platforms of communication ,maintenance ,culture and love ,improves the creation quality ,achieves a "decent work ,dignified life"for workers ,greatly promotes the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises ,and consolidate and form a pattern of "Party's firm leadership ,community's emphasis and support ,trade unions'organization and operation ,multilateral collaboration and staff's active participation".
