构建番茄SlWRKY53的过量表达载体,通过农杆菌介导转入番茄(Solanum lycoper-sicum)品种A ilsa Craig(AC+),获得转基因阳性植株。定量分析显示,这些转基因株系中 Sl-WRKY53基因表达量显著高于野生型。表型分析显示,转基因植株对盐胁迫抗性强于野生型。对抗病性进行检测,转基因植株抗性稍强,但与野生型相比无明显差异。由此推测番茄 Sl-WRKY53基因的过量表达能够一定程度增强植株抵抗盐胁迫的能力。
構建番茄SlWRKY53的過量錶達載體,通過農桿菌介導轉入番茄(Solanum lycoper-sicum)品種A ilsa Craig(AC+),穫得轉基因暘性植株。定量分析顯示,這些轉基因株繫中 Sl-WRKY53基因錶達量顯著高于野生型。錶型分析顯示,轉基因植株對鹽脅迫抗性彊于野生型。對抗病性進行檢測,轉基因植株抗性稍彊,但與野生型相比無明顯差異。由此推測番茄 Sl-WRKY53基因的過量錶達能夠一定程度增彊植株牴抗鹽脅迫的能力。

The overexpression vector containing the full-length coding region of SlWRKY53 gene was constructed and introduced into tomato cv .Ailsa Craig by A grobacterium-mediated genetic transforma-tion .Real-time PCR revealed a significant increase of SlWRKY53 expression levels in the transgenic lines compared with that of wild-type plants .Further study indicated that these transgenic lines dis-played enhanced tolerance to NaCl treatment .In addition ,the transgenic lines were shown slightly en-hanced resistance to Pst DC3000 pathogen inoculation than that of wild-type plants but without signifi-cant difference .Thus ,up-regulation of SlWRKY53 in tomato plants might result in enhanced tolerance to salt stress .
