以MgCl2·6H2 O、AlCl3·6H2 O、甲基橙为原料,NaOH为沉淀剂,采用乙二醇-水热法合成了片状甲基橙柱撑类水滑石,样品采用XRD、SEM 及红外等技术进行了物相、晶体形貌和结构分析,结果表明采用乙二醇-水热法可制备晶形好、板层结构显著的甲基橙柱撑类水滑石。文章运用负离子配位多面体生长模型讨论了甲基橙柱撑类水滑石生长形态及其生长机制,结果发现甲基橙柱撑类水滑石的生长符合该模型机制,其生长形态为生长基元先叠合为金属板层,金属板层再吸附甲基橙及H2 O组成规整的层状结构化合物,乙二醇在其中起了重要的引入作用。

By using MgCl2 · 6H2O ,AlCl3 · 6H2O and methyl orange(MO) as raw materials and sodium hydroxide as precipitator ,a lamellar MO-HTlc was assembled via glycol-hydrothermal .The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,scan electron microscope (SEM ) and infrared (IR) spec-tra .The experiment shows that the MO-HTlc with well-defined shape and obvious intercalated structure can be made by glycol-hydrothermal process .From the point of the model of anion coordination polyhed-ron growth units ,the growth mechanism and morphology of the MO-HTlc were researched in this pa-per .It is found from the experiment that the growth morphology of MO-HTlcis is consistent with the model .The MO-HTlc growth process is as follows :Growth units incorporate to metal layers ,then , metal layers adsorb MO and H2O to form the regular layer compounds ,in w hich the glycol plays an im-portant role in the introducing .
