Focusing on the related systems of how to regulate the legal documents of maternal and infant health care in order to its specification in accordance with the legal effect of maternal and infant health care ser-vices, this article makes an overall analysis on the legal documents types set in current maternal and infant health care legal system and the existing problems in China, and puts forward some countermeasures for standardized management.
