车辆的动力总成悬置系统由于其本身材料限制,对温度变化较敏感。本文通过对比常温下和高温下悬置的动、静刚度值,明确温度对悬置系统性能的具体影响,并为今后悬置系统的工程设计提出一定的参考。

In the engine mount system , the main insulators are made of natural rubber , which is very sen-sitive to temperature .Both dynamic stiffness and static stiffness in atmosphere temperature and high temperature were compared respectively , and how the temperature could affect the engine mount performance was figured out . The test results can serve as the basic reference to the future engineering design .
