The structural of vehicle back door sealing strip directly affects the closing force. Aiming at solving the phenomenon of the closing force overweight when the vehicle back door is closed, this thesis establishes sealing strip model, and uses the nonlinear finite element analysis software Marc to analyze the compression load of the sealing strip on its cross-section as well as structural optimizes its cross-section, which reduces the compression load of back door sealing strip.
