重型AMT变速箱控制难点是不同工况下离合器及选换挡执行机构的控制及协调,传统的开发方法需要通过大量的试验进行调试和标定,这种方法虽然实时性好,但是效率低、成本高,且具有一定的危险性。本文通过对熟练驾驶员的手动箱驾驶试验数据进行采集和分析,提炼出不同工况下离合器及选换挡机构的控制指标,并将这些指标应用到AMT变速箱开发中,并通过样车进行试验验证。结果表明,这种方法能有效缩短AMT变速箱开发周期、降低开发成本。

The control difficulty of heavy AMT transmission is the clutch and shifting actuator control and coordination under different running conditions. The traditional development method needs debugging and calibration through a lot of tests. Although this method has good real-time performance, it has the defaults of low efficiency, high cost, and certain dangerous. Through acquisition and analysis test data from the manual box on the skilled driver's, extracting the control index of different running conditions of clutch and shifting and applied these indicators to AMT gearbox development and verification test is carried out through the vehicle. The results show that, this method can effectively shorten the AMT gearbox development cycle, reducing the cost of development.
