利用差示扫描量热仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、扫描电子显微镜等分析了中流动、中抗冲、高硬度聚丙烯(PP)K6810及两种国外同类产品的结构与性能。结果表明:K6810是丙烯与乙烯的共聚物,乙丙橡胶的相对分子质量较大,且以直径为1~2μm的球形微粒均匀分布在PP基体中,保证了材料具有优良的抗冲击性能;K6810的相对分子质量分布适中,熔体流动速率为9.1g/10min,加工性能优良;K6810的熔融温度为167.7℃,耐热性较好。
利用差示掃描量熱儀、凝膠滲透色譜儀、掃描電子顯微鏡等分析瞭中流動、中抗遲、高硬度聚丙烯(PP)K6810及兩種國外同類產品的結構與性能。結果錶明:K6810是丙烯與乙烯的共聚物,乙丙橡膠的相對分子質量較大,且以直徑為1~2μm的毬形微粒均勻分佈在PP基體中,保證瞭材料具有優良的抗遲擊性能;K6810的相對分子質量分佈適中,鎔體流動速率為9.1g/10min,加工性能優良;K6810的鎔融溫度為167.7℃,耐熱性較好。

Structure and properties of polypropylene (PP) K6810 with medium fluidity, medium impact resistance and high hardness and its two overseas counterparts were analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), gel permeation chromatograph (GPC), scanning electron microscope (SEM), etc. The results indicate that grade K6810 is a copolymer of propylene and ethylene. Ethylene-propylene rubber having high relative molecular mass distributes uniformly in spherical particles with diameter of 1-2 μm in PP matrix, which ensures that the material exhibits excellent impact resistance properties. Grade K6810 has proper relative molecular mass distribution and melt flow rate of 9.1 g/10 min, which leads to its superior processability. The melting temperature of grade K6810 is 167.7 ℃, which contributes to good heat resistance of the resin.
