聚乙烯(PE)/聚丙烯(PP)双组分纤维用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂1508S采用1-丁烯作共聚单体,且共聚单体含量较高,树脂具有相对较低的密度和结晶度,分子链具有相对较好的柔韧性能,无纺布制品的柔韧性能好。1508S具有较低的初始熔融温度,作为PE/PP纤维的皮层,可降低纤维热黏合的加工温度,降低能耗。采用1508S/PP复合纤维生产的无纺布接触皮肤的原发性刺激指数为0,满足卫生性能的要求。

High density polyethylene (HDPE) special resin for polyethylene (PE) /polypropylene (PP) bicomponent fiber, grade 1508S, was developed with high content of 1-butene as a comonomer. The resin had relatively low density and crystallinity and flexible molecular chain, and consequently the good flexibility of its non-woven fiber products. The grade 1508S, as the skin layer of PE/PP fibers, had a relatively low initial melting temperature, which could reduce fiber thermal bonding processing temperature, and therefore reduce energy consumption. The non-woven fabric produced with 1508S/PP composite fiber had primary skin contact irritation index of zero, which met the hygienic requirements.
