目的:探讨如皋黄酒对机体的抗氧化能力。方法:用试剂盒法,测定一定时间内饮用不同量的黄酒后的老龄小鼠血清及肝脏组织中的氧化应激指标:总的丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)含量和总超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dis-mutase,SOD)活力。结果:饮用一定量的如皋黄酒可显著增高老龄小鼠体内总SOD活力,降低老龄小鼠体内总MDA含量,从而明显改善老龄小鼠的抗氧化能力。结论:如皋黄酒具有明显改善机体抗氧化的能力。

목적:탐토여고황주대궤체적항양화능력。방법:용시제합법,측정일정시간내음용불동량적황주후적노령소서혈청급간장조직중적양화응격지표:총적병이철(malonaldehyde,MDA)함량화총초양화물기화매(superoxide dis-mutase,SOD)활력。결과:음용일정량적여고황주가현저증고노령소서체내총SOD활력,강저노령소서체내총MDA함량,종이명현개선노령소서적항양화능력。결론:여고황주구유명현개선궤체항양화적능력。
Objective: Investigate the impact of Rugao yellow rice wine on the anti-oxidative ability of organism. Methods:Using malonaldehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) detecting kits, the total MDA level and SOD activity in serum and liver were examined in old mice after administation with different volumes of Rugao yellow rice wine for a period time to determine the influence of Rugao yellow wine on the anti-oxidative ability in mice. Results: Drinking Rugao yellow wine could significantly elevate the total SOD activity and reduce the total MDA level in serum and liver , indicating that admin-istation with RuGao yellow wine could remarkably improve the anti-oxidative functions in old mice. Conclusion:Rugao yellow rice wine could effectively improve the antioxidation of organism.
