Niuhuang Jiangya tablet%borneol%camphor%gas chromatography
目的:建立牛黄降压片中冰片含量及樟脑残留量的测定方法。方法:气相色谱法,采用色谱柱19091N-213和INNOWAX石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.5μm),柱温130℃,FID为检测器,无水乙醇为提取溶剂。结果:冰片质量浓度在0.0975~3.8984 mg/mL 范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率(n=6)为101.0%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.71%;樟脑浓度在1.041~20.82μg/μL范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.4%, RSD为1.4%。结论:气相色谱法简便、灵敏、专属性强,适用于牛黄降压片的质量控制。

목적:건립우황강압편중빙편함량급장뇌잔류량적측정방법。방법:기상색보법,채용색보주19091N-213화INNOWAX석영모세관색보주(30 m×0.32 mm×0.5μm),주온130℃,FID위검측기,무수을순위제취용제。결과:빙편질량농도재0.0975~3.8984 mg/mL 범위내여봉면적정량호적선성관계(r=0.9999),평균가양회수솔(n=6)위101.0%,상대표준편차(relative standard deviation,RSD)위0.71%;장뇌농도재1.041~20.82μg/μL범위내여봉면적정현량호적선성관계(r=0.9995),평균가양회수솔(n=6)위100.4%, RSD위1.4%。결론:기상색보법간편、령민、전속성강,괄용우우황강압편적질량공제。
Objectiv e: To establish the determination method of borneol content and camphor residue in Niuhuang Jiangya tablet. Methods: Gas chromatography(GC),The samples were separated on a quartz capillary column of 19091N-213 IN-NOWAX (30 m×0.32 mm×0.5μm);column temperature was 130 ℃;FID was used and alcohol was selected as extraction a-gent. Results:The calibration curve of borneol showed good linearity in the range of 0.097 5-3.898 4 mg/mL(r=0.999 9);the average recovery(n=6) was 101.0% with RSD of 0.71%. The calibration curve of camphor showed good linearity in the range of 1.041-20.82 μg/mL(r=0.999 5); the average recovery(n=6) was 100.4% with RSD of 1.4%. Conclusion: GC is simple, sensitive with high specificity, and can be used in the quality control of Niuhuang Jiangya tablet.
