目的：探讨脐带间充质干细胞在体内辅助游离移植脂肪组织的可行性。方法：组织块法培养人脐带间充质干细胞，与大鼠脂肪混合移植至大鼠背部皮下，对照组未添加细胞单纯脂肪移植。移植后6个月取材，通过组织观察、HE染色及免疫组化进行分析。结果：组织块法可获取脐带间充质干细胞，组织移植6个月后取材，实验组与对照组在体积及重量上差异无统计学意义。 HE染色两组也未见差异，免疫组化可见特异性对抗人GAPDH反应阳性细胞存在。结论：以异种脐带间充质干细胞辅助游离移植脂肪组织与单纯脂肪移植无差异，脐带间充质干细胞辅助游离移植脂肪组织有待进一步研究。
목적：탐토제대간충질간세포재체내보조유리이식지방조직적가행성。방법：조직괴법배양인제대간충질간세포，여대서지방혼합이식지대서배부피하，대조조미첨가세포단순지방이식。이식후6개월취재，통과조직관찰、HE염색급면역조화진행분석。결과：조직괴법가획취제대간충질간세포，조직이식6개월후취재，실험조여대조조재체적급중량상차이무통계학의의。 HE염색량조야미견차이，면역조화가견특이성대항인GAPDH반응양성세포존재。결론：이이충제대간충질간세포보조유리이식지방조직여단순지방이식무차이，제대간충질간세포보조유리이식지방조직유대진일보연구。
Objective:To investigate the feasiblilty of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UCMSCs) assisted lipotransfer .Methods:Human UCMSCs were havested from tissue block culture .Then the UCMSCs were mixed with rat adipose tissue and grafted subcutaneously into the back of rats ,while pure free fat graft was performed in the contral group.Transplanted adipose tissue was harvested after 6 months.The grafts were assessed by morphological observation , HE staining and immunohistochemistry . Results: UCMSCs could be harvested from tissue block culture , there were no statistically significant difference in wet weight and volumn between the experimental and control group in 6 months after graft,and also no difference in HE staining sections ,positive reactive cells to anti-GAPDH were seen in immunohistochemistry . Conclusion: No difference is seen between the heterogenetic UCMSCs assisted lipotransfer and pure free fat graft .More research need to be done in this lipotransfer method .
