中国小麦品系渝356-9在苗期和成株期都表现良好的抗叶锈性,本研究利用小麦叶锈菌生理小种FHNQ接种渝356-9、郑州5389杂交获得的F2群体,分别进行温室和田间抗叶锈性鉴定,鉴定结果经卡方检验,均符合3:1的理论分离比例,表明亲本渝356-9的抗性是由一对显性基因控制,暂命名为L rY u。利用分离群体分组分析法和分子标记技术对F2群体进行分子标记检测,运用MapManager QTXb20软件对L rY u进行连锁分析并构建遗传图谱。标记分析表明LrY u与2BS上的3个SSR标记紧密连锁,其中距离最近的标记是X gwm410,与L rY u遗传距离是9.3 cM。

Chinese wheat line Yu 356-9 has a highly effective seedling and adult leaf rust resistance. A F2 popul-ation from the cross Yu 356-9/Zhengzhou 5389 was inoculated by Puccinia triticina pathotype FHNQ in the greenhouse and field, respectively. The ratios of F2 population segregation fit 3:1, showing that resistance of Yu 356-9 was conferred by a dominant gene, tentatively designated LrY u. Bulked Segregate Analysis and molecular markers were used to map LrY u. Linkage analysis was conducted using the software MapManager QTXb20. Results indicated that three SSR markers on 2BS were closely linked to LrY u. Xgwm410 with genetic distance of 9.3 cM is the closest one.
