为提高环保或水文监测系统的自动化水平,本文在分析介绍国内外水位监测技术现状的基础上,基于单片机和移动网络,设计实现了环保或水文自动采集传输系统。该系统不仅可以采集水温、流速等环境资源的相关参数,还可实现采集数据自动传输和信息共享,具有较高的应用价值。文章分析了我国目前水利信息化存在的问题,探讨了环保或水文监测系统的发展方向。

In order to improve the automation level of environmental protection or hydrological monito-ring system ,a new automotive monitoring system is proposed .At first ,this article analysesd the present situation and development of monitoring technology home and abroad . T hen the automatic hydrological collection system was designed based on MCU and mobile network .The system has great application val-ue ,where temperature ,velocity and some environmental parameters can be got automatically ,and the col-lected data can be automatically transferred .Finally the article analysed the present problems of water con-servancy ,pointing out the development direction for the environmental protection or hydrological monito-ring system .
