研究了在乙醇溶液中,氯唑西林钠与与四氯对苯醌发生荷移反应,生成稳定的1∶1络合物,最大吸收波长为426.2nm ,线性范围40~600μg/mL ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.76×102 L.mol-1.cm-1。回收率在98.61%~100.4%范围内,相对标准偏差≤2.14%。该方法简便、快速可用于测定药物制剂中氯唑西林钠的含量,结果满意。

A new spectrophotometric method was developed for determination of cloxacillin sodium.It is based on a reaction of charge transfer with p-chloranil in ethanol medium. The composition of complex of cloxacillin sodium with p-chloranil both are 1∶1.The calibration curves are linear in the concentration range of 40-600 μg/mL.The complexe maximum absorption is at 426.2nm.The apparent molar absorptivi-ty of complex isε=3.76 × 102 L.mol-1.cm -1.T he recovery is 98.61%-100.4% and the relative standard deviation is≤2.14%.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of cloxacillin sodium for injection and capsules form with satisfactory results.
