According to JJG 939-2009 atomic f luorescence spectrometer test p rocedures and the instru-ment manual and refer to the other instruments intermediate check ,we combined the actual conditions with specific instrument laboratory characteristics ,and performed intermediate check to AFS-2202E dual channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer ,the result showed that verifiable indicators are in line with the standard requirements. T his method is reliable and practical ,and maintains the credibility of the test results.
