近年来，河北省在农村环境保护方面推出了一系列财税政策，也取得了一定效果，但仍存在着一些问题，主要体现在：资金总量投入不足、资金利用效率较低、资金来源渠道单一、资金投入的区域失衡以及基层资金投入的积极性不高。针对上述问题，应在增加资金投入总量、提高使用效益、拓宽资金渠道、注重区域特征以及增强基层参与农村环保的动力等方面采取相应对策。
