为合理评价高速公路交通安全设施系统,构建了高速公路交通安全设施系统评价指标体系,提出了基于属性识别理论的高速公路交通安全设施系统属性综合评价模型。评价指标体系构建采用指标海选、初步筛选、定量筛选的流程,并结合相关规范和指南划分了指标评价区间;评价模型根据单指标属性测度值与多指标综合属性测度值,利用置信度准则识别高速公路交通安全设施系统水平。以泰赣高速公路 K1+242~K3+259段为研究对象,运用该模型对其交通安全设施系统进行评价。结果表明,研究对象高速路段交通安全设施系统良好。利用属性识别评价模型,不仅可以得到综合评价结果,而且可以找出影响高速公路交通安全设施系统的限制因素,为高速公路交通设施改造提供科学理论依据。

In order to evaluate the performance of the freeway traffic safety facility system,an evalu-ation system of freeway traffic safety facility was constructed,and a comprehensive evaluation model was proposed based on attribute recognition theory.The processes of universal screening,prelimina-ry filter,and quantitative filter were adopted for the construction of the freeway traffic safety facility evaluation system.The range interval of each index for different evaluation levels was determined with relevant norms and guides.According to the attribute measures of both single and multiple inde-xes,the performance of the freeway traffic safety facility system was determined by using the confi-dence criterion.The K1 +242 to K3 +259 segment of the Tai-Gan Freeway was taken as the re-search object for a case study,and the performance of the traffic safety facility system was evaluated by the proposed method.The results show that the performance of the research object is good.The proposed evaluation method provides not only the overall system performance,but also the most sig-nificant factors which affect the system performance.It can be used as a theoretical basis for the re-form of freeway traffic safety facility.
