分析了需求响应促进可再生能源消纳的运作模式设计目标，将需求响应和可再生能源消纳的促进关系融入不同的电力市场组织结构，就交易和价格机制、融资和技术服务方式的内容展开对比研究，形成适于不同环境的运作模式，并对相应的配套政策内容进行探讨，为实际项目的设计和实施提供参考。

This paper explains objectives of operation mode design of DR promoting utilization of RES;then different electrici-ty organization structures integrated with the accelerating relation-ship of DR and RES are designed, and trade mechanism, price mechanism, patterns of financing, technology and service are stud-ied as well; finally contents of supporting policies are discussed. Research of this paper could be reference for practical projects im-plementation.
