从茶园土壤中分离出菌株 TS1,通过含菌平板测定,确定其对茶树冰核细菌具有拮抗作用。通过菌株的形态特征观察、生理生化指标测定、16 S rDNA 序列测定及序列同源性分析,将 TS1菌株鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。明确了拮抗菌的种属,为茶树霜冻害的生物防治奠定了基础。

The strain TS1 had been isolated from the soil of tea garden, through the determination performance of the bacteria plate experiment, it can produce the antagonistic performance to the ice nucleation active bacteria which existed on tea plant. According to morphological characteristics and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis, the strain TS1 were preliminary identified as the genus Bacillus subtilis. This paper makes it clear of the species and genus about strain TS1 and provides a good foundation for the biocontrol of tea plant frost injury.
