从广西银泰六堡茶厂2008年产(编号6918)的六堡茶中分离纯化得到一株特征菌株“金花”菌,用传统的形态学分离鉴定,观察菌落特征,并运用光学显微镜观察菌株形态。同时结合现代分子生物学 DNA 测序,在分子水平上对分离菌株进行鉴定。根据菌株的表观形态、光学显微镜和DNA序列分析,通过ITS序列同源性搜索比对及系统发育树的构建,确认该菌株为Eurotium niveoglaucum。
從廣西銀泰六堡茶廠2008年產(編號6918)的六堡茶中分離純化得到一株特徵菌株“金花”菌,用傳統的形態學分離鑒定,觀察菌落特徵,併運用光學顯微鏡觀察菌株形態。同時結閤現代分子生物學 DNA 測序,在分子水平上對分離菌株進行鑒定。根據菌株的錶觀形態、光學顯微鏡和DNA序列分析,通過ITS序列同源性搜索比對及繫統髮育樹的構建,確認該菌株為Eurotium niveoglaucum。
종엄서은태륙보다엄2008년산(편호6918)적륙보다중분리순화득도일주특정균주“금화”균,용전통적형태학분리감정,관찰균락특정,병운용광학현미경관찰균주형태。동시결합현대분자생물학 DNA 측서,재분자수평상대분리균주진행감정。근거균주적표관형태、광학현미경화DNA서렬분석,통과ITS서렬동원성수색비대급계통발육수적구건,학인해균주위Eurotium niveoglaucum。
A strain of “Jinhua” fungi was isolated from Liupao tea which manufactured Guangxi Yintai Tea Factory in 2008 (No. 6918). The morphology of colony of the tested fungi was observed with microscope, and the tested fungi was identified in the molecular level by DNA sequencing. According to the characteristic of the morphology, microscopic as well as the DNA sequencing of the tested strains, it was identified as Eurotium niveoglaucum.
