本文以多物理场耦合仿真软件COSMOL Multiphysic为工具,建立了二维对称的管式反应器的数学模型,仿真计算了二级可逆放热反应过程,考察了反应器的温度分布和反应物的转化率分布情况。结果表明:温度和反应物的转化率均在壁面处达到最大值。
本文以多物理場耦閤倣真軟件COSMOL Multiphysic為工具,建立瞭二維對稱的管式反應器的數學模型,倣真計算瞭二級可逆放熱反應過程,攷察瞭反應器的溫度分佈和反應物的轉化率分佈情況。結果錶明:溫度和反應物的轉化率均在壁麵處達到最大值。

In this paper, through using the multiphysics coupling simulation software COSMOL Multiphysic as the tool,a two-di-mensional symmetric tubular reactor mathematical model is established. This paper studies the simulation calculation of the two reversible exothermic reaction, and the temperature of the reactor and the conversion rate distribution of the reactant are also re-searched. It was concluded that both the reactor temperature and the conversion of the reactant reach its maximum at the wall.
