目的:提高学生学习兴趣,掌握心理护理实践技能,学会自我心理保健与调控,为今后从事临床护理和处理职业应激事件奠定基础。方法应用“T PS”教学模式,将理论学习、实践培养、自我成长三者有机结合,进行对照实验。结果实验班和对照班学生在理论考试、实践考核和自我情绪管理等方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论“T PS”模式能较好帮助学生进行情绪管理,提高学习成绩和实践能力的作用。

목적:제고학생학습흥취,장악심리호리실천기능,학회자아심리보건여조공,위금후종사림상호리화처리직업응격사건전정기출。방법응용“T PS”교학모식,장이론학습、실천배양、자아성장삼자유궤결합,진행대조실험。결과실험반화대조반학생재이론고시、실천고핵화자아정서관리등방면비교유현저성차이(P<0.01,P<0.05)。결론“T PS”모식능교호방조학생진행정서관리,제고학습성적화실천능력적작용。
Objective To improve nursing students'interest in learning ,master the psychological nursing practice skills ,men-tal health and self-control ,to lay the foundation for the future in clinical care and treatment of occupational stress events .Methods To use the"TPS"teaching model .With combining the theory study ,practical training and self growth ,the experiment was carried out ,the evaluation results using χ2 and t test .Results there were significant difference in the evaluation of the theory test ,practice examination and self emotional management between the experimental class and the control class students (P<0 .01 ,P<0 .05) .Con-clusion "TPS"teaching model can help students emotional management ,improve learning and practice ability .
