目的:为了探讨单光子发射型计算机断层显像(SPECT)/X线计算机断层显像(CT)在肿瘤骨转移临床诊断中的增益价值。方法对72例临床可疑有肿瘤骨转移的患者行99mTc-MDP SPECT全身骨显像,计算全身骨显像以及SPECT/CT融合显像与这些对照方法的诊断符合率,并对两者诊断符合率行χ2检验。结果71例患者全身骨显像154个异常放射性浓聚灶,经过诊断级SPECT/CT融合显像后发现,合率为94.1%(32/34);两者比较有统计学意义(χ2=4.681,P<0.05)。结论 SPECT/CT骨断层融合显像在肿瘤骨转移的诊断,尤其对鉴别脊柱、肋骨的病变较全身平面显像具有明显的临床增益价值,可以为临床提供更多、更准确的诊断信息。

Objective To explore the single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) / X-ray computed tomography (CT) transfer gain value in the clinical diagnosis of the tumor of bone. Methods 72 patients with clinical suspected bone metastases in patients with 99mTc-MDP SPECT bone imaging, calculation of whole body bone imaging and SPECT/CT fusion imaging and the control methods of diagnosis, and the diagnostic accordance rate for χ2 test. Results 71 cases of patients with bone imaging of 154 abnormal radioactive concentration range, after the diagnosis level of SPECT/CT fusion imaging after the discovery, photosynthetic rate was 94.1% (32/34); both were statistical y significant (χ2=4.681, P<0.05). Conclusion SPECT/CT fusion imaging in the diagnosis of bone SPECT bone metastasis, especial y for the identification of spine, rib lesions than systemic planar imaging has obvious clinical gain value, can provide more information for clinical diagnosis, more accurat.
