采用文献资料、调查访谈和逻辑分析等研究方法对河南省农村体育文化发展中存在的问题进行分析，并探寻在建设社会主义新农村不断推进和强化文化强省建设的新形势下河南省农村体育文化发展的对策：强化体育基础设施建设，提高农民群众的文化素质和体育意识，把工作重点转移到农村村落，弘扬本地特色的传统体育文化等。

By the methods of literature review, investigation and logical analysis, this paper analyzed the problems of the development of rural sports culture in Henan province, and found out some ideas to improve the development of rural sports culture in Henan province under the new situation of promoting new rural construction and strengthening the building of a strong cultural province:strengthen the construction of sport facilities , improve rural people ’ s cultural quality and consciousness of sports , shift the focus of rural sports culture work to the village , promote the local characteristics of the traditional sports culture and so on .
