The trade union of Tianjin first center hospital is the bridge and joint in the process of construc -ting a harmonious hospital through the following steps which are to promote the democratic administration , to make the affair of hospital to the public , to enhance the staff ’ s responsibility as an owner and their political lev-els, to lift the medical standard , to rationalize the economic administrative structure , to strengthen the staff ’ s a-bility to scientific research , to improve the staff ’ s treatment , to make service for masses more convenient , and to take corresponding social responsibility as a public hospital .Through all of steps above , we had prominent a-chievement and enhance the comprehensive ability .
