If we want to improve the connotation of educational training in the trade union , we must do the following aspects .We should focus on service for the trade union in our city with three kinds of character . We should focus on adapt to the reality actively .We should make the training comprehensive , persistent , and innovative .Our improvement should keep the same speed with the development of the trade union .
