在当今知识经济时代,隐性知识的共享成为企业发展的关键因素之一,加强隐性知识共享的研究与实践是目前企业保持持续竞争优势不可或缺的环节。主要从社会网络理论中的关系强度理论和个体特征(员工知识共享的动机和能力)角度出发,研究它们分别对于隐性知识共享的影响;然后更进一步研究关系强度与个体特征的交互作用对知识共享的影响。

Today is a time of knowledge economy,and tacit knowledge sharing has become one of the key factors for the enterprises'development.It is becoming the necessary link for the enterprises'sustainable competitive advantage to strength-en the research and practice of tacit knowledge sharing.This paper,from the view of tie strength theory and individual characteristics,researches on their respective influence on the tacit knowledge sharing,and then further studies the interac-tion influence between tie strength and individual characteristics on knowledge sharing.In this paper individual characteris-tics include the motivation and ability of staff's knowledge sharing.
