针对现有申报信息管理中存在的申报信息采集效率低、审批慢、归档不全面等问题，基于LAMP（ Linux＋Apache＋MySQL＋PHP）框架，用MySQL作为后台数据库，利用PHP、JavaScript、HTML、CSS混合编程技术，设计并实现了一个申报信息管理系统，将人员、申报信息、角色管理有机结合起来，形成高效率的申报信息管理平台，实现申报信息的增删改查、历史信息管理、申报信息公示等功能。该系统在实际中得到了很好的应用，用户反应良好，大大提高了申报信息管理的效率。

Existing reporting information management has many problems , such as slow collection of reporting information , low efficiency of examination and approval , archiving is not comprehensive and other issues .A re-porting information management system is designed and implemented based on the LAMP ( Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) framework, using MySQL as the database , using PHP, JavaScript , HTML and CSS mixed pro-gramming technology , combining personnel , reporting, role-based authorization to form a highly efficient re-porting information management platform to realize the additions , changes , deletions , query of reporting infor-mation, management of the history information , publication of the reporting information .The system has been put into use , greatly improved the efficiency of reporting information management .
