目的：评价注射用丹参治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛（血瘀证）的临床安全性和有效性。方法采用多中心、随机、单盲、阳性对照方法。结果治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率、中医症状总有效率分别为92.2%、94.8%，优于对照组的67.9%、70.5%差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；西雅图量表评分分析治疗组优于对照组；无明显不良反应。结论注射用丹参是治疗冠心病心绞痛（血瘀型）的安全、有效的制剂。
목적：평개주사용단삼치료관심병은정성심교통（혈어증）적림상안전성화유효성。방법채용다중심、수궤、단맹、양성대조방법。결과치료조심교통료효총유효솔、중의증상총유효솔분별위92.2%、94.8%，우우대조조적67.9%、70.5%차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；서아도량표평분분석치료조우우대조조；무명현불량반응。결론주사용단삼시치료관심병심교통（혈어형）적안전、유효적제제。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danshen injectable powder in the treatment of patients with coronary artery disease and angina pectoris (syndrome of blood stasis). Methods A multi-center randomized, single-blind and positive-controlled method was used. Results The total efficacy rate of treating angina pectoris and symptoms and signs in TCM of the treatment group was 92.2%, 94.8%, respectively, which was much better than 67.9% and 70.5% of the control group, separately, (P<0.05). The Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. No ad-verse reactions were reported. Conclusion Danshen injectable powder is safe and effective for the patients with coronary disease and angina pectoris (syndrome of blood stasis).
