针对发动机箱体,提出了基于遗传算法和约束矩阵的工艺路线优化方法。通过对箱体特征的定义和分类,确定了特征加工的优先关系,自动生成了工艺规划的约束矩阵。在计算机辅助工艺过程设计(CAPP)平台中,定义了缸孔、瓦孔和通水孔等关键部件的加工工艺。按照提出的工艺路线优化方法,进一步优化了发动机箱体的工艺路线。
針對髮動機箱體,提齣瞭基于遺傳算法和約束矩陣的工藝路線優化方法。通過對箱體特徵的定義和分類,確定瞭特徵加工的優先關繫,自動生成瞭工藝規劃的約束矩陣。在計算機輔助工藝過程設計(CAPP)平檯中,定義瞭缸孔、瓦孔和通水孔等關鍵部件的加工工藝。按照提齣的工藝路線優化方法,進一步優化瞭髮動機箱體的工藝路線。

According to the engine box,this paper put forward a method of process optimization based on the genetic algorithm and the constraint matrix.By the feature definition and feature classification of the engine box,the precedence relationship of manu-facturing process was determined,and a constraint matrix was generated automatically.On the CAPP platform,the machining methods of important manufacturing features,such as cylinder hole,combining face,piston hole,and water pipeline and so on, were confirmed.On the basis of the algorithm,the process planning of the engine box was optimized.
