通过几何制图软件,建立了某水下航行器壳体的有限元数值模型;在有限元分析软件中,对该模型进行了应力及关键部位的模态分析;确定了该水下航行器壳体结构的最大应力和固有频率等相关数值信息,避免结构设计缺陷导致的应力集中及共振问题。缩短了研发时间,减少了设计人员的工作量,降低了研发成本;同时,给壳体结构的改进指明了方向,为实体的顺利生产提供了可靠的参考依据。
通過幾何製圖軟件,建立瞭某水下航行器殼體的有限元數值模型;在有限元分析軟件中,對該模型進行瞭應力及關鍵部位的模態分析;確定瞭該水下航行器殼體結構的最大應力和固有頻率等相關數值信息,避免結構設計缺陷導緻的應力集中及共振問題。縮短瞭研髮時間,減少瞭設計人員的工作量,降低瞭研髮成本;同時,給殼體結構的改進指明瞭方嚮,為實體的順利生產提供瞭可靠的參攷依據。

By geometric drawing software,it was established that a finite element numerical model of underwater vehicle shell,in the finite element analysis software,the structure stress and modal analysis of the key positions were did to deter-mine the maximum stress of the structure of the underwater vehicle shell and the inherent frequency and related numerical information,designing defects caused by stress concentration and avoiding structure resonance problems,lowing staff work-load and shortening development time,reducing the design and development costs,and at the same time,indicated the direc-tion to the improvement of shell structure,and provided a reliable reference basis for entities.
