利用 Moldflow 分析软件,采用数值模拟试验方法,将正交试验和回归设计相结合,研究了熔体温度和保压压力对塑件翘曲量的影响规律,建立了信噪比回归方程。结果表明,在试验温度范围内,熔体温度越高,保压压力越大,信噪比越大,则塑件翘曲量越小。塑件成型工艺参数最终确定为:模具温度60℃、保压时间10 s、熔体温度240℃、保压压力115 MPa 及注射时间0.4 s。

The influence rule of melt temperature and packing pressure on warpage were researched by software Mold-flow,through using the orthogonal regressive principle and combining orthogonal experiment with regression design,the re-gression equation of the S/N was established.The results showed that the warpage decreased with the rise of the melt tem-perature and packing pressure within the range of simulation experiment.At last,the optimum process parameters of injec-tion are that the mold temperature was 60 ℃,packing time was 10 s,melt temperature was 240 ℃,packing pressure was 1 1 5 MPa and injection time was 0.4 s.
