120/(120-1)型货车空气控制阀是铁路货车空气制动系统的关键部件，其质量性能直接关系到铁路货车的行车安全。该制动系统通过120/(120-1)型货车空气控制阀调动压缩空气的流向实现货物列车的制动、保压和缓解等功能。采用120阀锥度车磨专用数控组合机床对该空气控制阀主阀体和滑阀套进行加工，可提高产品质量，并取得良好的经济效益。

120/(120-1)air control valve used for freight car is the key component of air brake system,whose quality per-formance relates directly to the operating safety of railway cars.By mobilizing the flow direction of compressed air by 120/(120-1)air control valve used for cars,the brake system can realize the braking,pressurize,release and other features of freight car.By using CNC taper grinding lathe for 120 valve,the main valve body and slide valve bush of air control valve were processed,which can improve the quality of products and get better economic benefit.
