目的：对高血压病人实行远程健康监测管理，探讨其在高血压病防治中的作用。方法：对高血压患者分为实验组和对照组。对照组仅实行常规治疗方案，实验组除常规治疗方案外，实施远程健康监测治疗方案，两组治疗药物方案相同，观察降压效果。结果：实验组健康知识问卷得分、健康行为问卷得分均高于对照组，血压控制情况优于对照组，差异均具有显著性(P<0．05)。结论：远程健康监测管理在高血压病防治中效果明显。
목적：대고혈압병인실행원정건강감측관리，탐토기재고혈압병방치중적작용。방법：대고혈압환자분위실험조화대조조。대조조부실행상규치료방안，실험조제상규치료방안외，실시원정건강감측치료방안，량조치료약물방안상동，관찰강압효과。결과：실험조건강지식문권득분、건강행위문권득분균고우대조조，혈압공제정황우우대조조，차이균구유현저성(P<0．05)。결론：원정건강감측관리재고혈압병방치중효과명현。
The paper aims to implement the remote health monitoring and management for hypertensive and explore its function in the prevention and treatment of hypertension. The patients with hypertension can be divided into experimental group and control group. The conventional therapy is only carried out in the control group, while the experimental group adds the implementation of remote health monitoring treatment in addition to conventional treatment. The treatment of two groups has the same scheme so as to observe the antihypertensive effect. As a result, the health knowledge questionnaire score and health behavior questionnaire scores of experimental group are both higher than those in the control group. Its blood pressure control is better than the control group, the differences are significant (P<0.05). The paper concludes that the remote health monitoring management is obviously effective in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
