目前，随着煤炭企业进行大刀阔斧的改革热潮，各大煤炭企业纷纷进行技术改造和完善管理体制，物流管理是煤炭企业管理工作的重要环节，物流管理是煤炭企业进行正常的生产经营的前提条件和保障。我国煤炭企业物流由于其特性和历史原因相对较薄弱，对于煤炭企业物流再造和发展不够重视。因此，煤炭企业如何提升物流管理的功效，降低物流费用成为了煤炭企业的重要任务。本文旨在通过分析煤炭企业物流管理的现状，进一步研究采购流程、物流配送的再造与发展。
