研究不同放牧方式下大赖草对放牧的适应策略。结果表明,大赖草的植株高度、分蘖节节间距地面距离在全天放牧方式下最高,夜间放牧方式下株高和蘖位最低;放牧结束时叶表皮细胞面积、叶肉细胞密度在夜间放牧方式下最大。不同放牧方式下大赖草的叶片内部形态变化规律有所差异,但随着放牧时间的推移,叶表皮角质层厚度、叶肉细胞宽度均呈增加趋势,远轴面叶表皮细胞面积均呈减小趋势。

Adaption strategy about Leymus racemosus under different grazing patterns was studied. Results showed that: both plant height and tillering distance from the ground of L. racemosus were the highest under all-day grazing pattern and the lowest under night grazing pattern. The area of leaf epidermal cell and mesophyll cell density were the largest under night grazing pattern. There was difference in leaf morphological change law of L. racemosus. Following the prolonging of grazing time, thd leaf epidermal cuticle thickness and mesophyll cell density showed an increase trend, while epidermal cell area of far axial plane leaves showed a decrease trend.
