阿姆河右岸区块是阿姆河盆地重要的油气富集区，构造多期次性，断裂复杂多类型。通过研究表明，研究区基底地层以正断裂发育为主，明显控制地层沉积厚度。盐下断裂演变为逆断层，并伴生大量圈闭。盐上地层以走滑断裂为主，既发育有正花状又有负花状构造样式，平面上既有左旋走滑，又有右旋走滑断裂。阿姆河右岸油气成藏模式主要有沿断层成藏模式和同层成藏模式，基于此提出了沿凹陷、顺断层找圈闭的勘探思路。
