随着水文信息采集逐步实现自动化，水文信息发布时效性要求也越来越高。结合Surfer二次开发功能、Oracal数据库和VB编程技术，实时调取水文遥测数据库雨量数据信息，实现泰州市雨量等值线图的自动绘制，为防汛防旱及时提供水文技术支撑。使用该方法绘制雨量等值线图具有效果好、速度快、使用方便等特点。

The hydrological data collection has being realized automation gradually.As hydrological data collection has being realized automation gradually,the timeliness requirements of publishing hydrological information are also getting higher and higher.Based on Surfer secondary development,Oracal and VB,rainfall data is read from the database,the rainfall contour of Taizhou city is automatically drawn.This provides hydrological technique support for flood control and drought relief.Rainfall contour map based on this method has good effect,fast speed and is convenient to use.
