目的：观察应用康复新液给肛周脓肿术后换药的临床效果。方法：将符合纳入标准的肛周脓肿术后患者110例随机分为两组，治疗组55例采用康复新纱条换药；对照组55例采用生理盐水纱条换药。结果：治疗组在创面愈合时间、治愈率、术后复发率、并发症发生率等方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论：肛周脓肿术后使用康复新液换药可促进创面生长，缩短愈合时间。
목적：관찰응용강복신액급항주농종술후환약적림상효과。방법：장부합납입표준적항주농종술후환자110례수궤분위량조，치료조55례채용강복신사조환약；대조조55례채용생리염수사조환약。결과：치료조재창면유합시간、치유솔、술후복발솔、병발증발생솔등방면균우우대조조（P＜0.05혹P＜0.01）。결론：항주농종술후사용강복신액환약가촉진창면생장，축단유합시간。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kang-Fu-Xin Lotion on perianal abscess after surgical operation. Methods: The 110 patients after surgical operation of perianal abscess were randomly divided into two groups. 55 cases in the treatment were treated with Kang-Fu-Xin Lotion and 55 cases in the control group were treated with physiological saline. Re-sults: The healing time, curative rate, recurrence rate and complication rate in the treatment were better than that of the con-trol group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Patients of perianal abscess usingThe application of Kang-Fu-Xin Lotion e in peri-anal abscess after surgical operation can get less pain and heal faster.
