目的：探讨中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝硬化的临床疗效。方法：将本院收治的80例非酒精性脂肪性肝硬化患者作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予消脂抗纤方治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、血清指标以及B超检查结果。结果：治疗组总有效率为85.0%，高于对照组72.5%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后患者临床症状改变以及血清指标（肝功能、血脂及血清肝纤维化指标）及B超肝纤维化级别均明显降低，且治疗组显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝硬化效果显著，安全性高。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료비주정성지방성간경화적림상료효。방법：장본원수치적80례비주정성지방성간경화환자작위연구대상，수궤분위치료조여대조조각40례。대조조급여상규서의치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상급여소지항섬방치료。비교량조환자적치료효과、혈청지표이급B초검사결과。결과：치료조총유효솔위85.0%，고우대조조72.5%，량조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。치료후환자림상증상개변이급혈청지표（간공능、혈지급혈청간섬유화지표）급B초간섬유화급별균명현강저，차치료조현저우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료비주정성지방성간경화효과현저，안전성고。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Chinese and Western Medicine on non-alcoholic fatty liver cirrho-sis. Methods: The 80 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 40 cases in each group. Patients were treated with conventional western medicine treatment in control group, and Xiao-zhi Kang-xian Formula based on the treatment on control group in treatment group. The serum liver function blood lipid levels and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.0%, which was better than control group (72.5%), with significant difference (P<0.05). Symptoms,serum biochemical index (liver function, blood lipid and serum fibrosis index) and B ultrasound of liver fibrosis level improved in two groups, and the im-provement of the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine can provide superior effect on non-alcoholic fatty liver cirrhosis.
